Purchased through USAW’s Membership System: $34.75 ($4.75 processing fee added).
Coaches
Please submit your application(s) by Nov. 15th.
After you have received your card please see either myself or Angela so that we can document your card and contact information. If you are not on the coaches list you will not be permitted to be mat side.
We will be splitting the club for the first two tournaments of the year, we need to ensure we have enough coaches for both tournaments.
